Switch On Your Brain

There is no better time for Dr. Caroline Leaf‘s book, Switch On Your Brain, than now.

I love how Dr. Leaf presents the complex, yet intricately vital intersection of the brain and the bible with 365 daily entries that open up with a scripture verse and an inspirational reading. She woos (and wows) her readers with topics such as quantum physics, as it pertains to space and time and the creative mind being an actual part of creating actual realities to exist, and how it all relates and points back to God. Other topics include: neurophysics, neuroplasticity, self-esteem, overcoming fear, stress, and toxic thought patterns, the intersection between faith and mental/physical health and healing, and more.

Like, seriously, this book is brilliantly beautiful.

This book is for anyone that has an interest in the inner mappings of the brain, science, neuroscience, mental health, physical health, or anyone that is hoping to find help for their own journey towards better mental health.
